"My phone is finally acting normal again"
I got my iPhone repaired through fixgo.com last week, and I figured I’d wait a few days before saying anything, because sometimes phones act fine for a day and then go right back to being weird. So far though, it’s been good. The battery is holding up way better now, and the screen isn’t doing that annoying lag thing anymore. Funny how much you notice your phone glitches when you’re just trying to check the weather or scroll while waiting for coffee.
Nothing dramatic to report, which is kind of the best outcome. It just works like it’s supposed to again. I was a little nervous at first since I’ve had bad repair experiences before, but this one turned out fine. No random issues, no weird screen problems, no battery surprises. Happy with it overall.

"My iPhone got stuck on the Apple..."
My iPhone got stuck on the Apple logo after I tried doing an iOS update, and I was freaking out a bit because I’d only backed up maybe half my stuff.
I tried FixGo and it actually got the phone out of the update loop without deleting anything. The firmware download took around 15 or 20 minutes for me, but once that was done, the rest was simple.

It wasn’t fancy or confusing, which I appreciated. It just did what I needed it to do, and I had my phone working again in under an hour, so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Docs made things sorta easy to figure out"
I was mostly on FixGo looking through the docs, they were clear enough that I could follow along without getting stuck.
The steps were simple, the screenshots helped, and I didn’t really have to dig around much. Some sections are sorta short, but in a good way.

It wasn’t overcomplicated or packed with weird techy wording. Just easy to read and use, which I definitely appreciated.

"Pretty solid, maybe I’m being picky"
I’ve been using Fixgo for a bit it has most of what I needed. It was easy to get the hang of, and I like that the main tools are right there instead of buried in a bunch of menus. I did spend a little while trying to find one option, though maybe that was just me overthinking it. Overall, it’s good, just not quite perfect for me, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Extremely disappointed with fixgo"

Don't be fooled by the prices. I paid for a full package (tires + installation), but the shop they sent me to refused the job. FixGo (Order #FXG142023) refused to help find a different location. They basically left me stranded without the service I already paid for.

Their "solution" was to just refund the money or make me transport the tires myself. They don't care about the customer's time at all. Incompetent logistics and poor service. Look elsewhere!

"It actually fixed my issue"
I’ll be honest, right after I paid I was kind of suspicious and half expected it not to work. But it ended up fixing my issue on the first try, so I can’t really complain.

"Quick Download, Smooth Install"
I needed to get it set up and expected at least one little hiccup, but it was painless. The download finished quickly, I opened the installer, and everything just went through without any trouble. A few minutes later, it was ready to use.

"Worked out, but be ready to wait a bit"
Just a heads up for anyone considering it: the pricing felt fair to me, but the process wasn’t perfect. I did have to wait a short while for the refund to be handled, which was a little frustrating. In the end, it all worked out okay, but I’d say just keep that in mind so you’re not expecting everything to be instant...

"I’ve used FixGo a few times now..."
I’ve used FixGo a few times now, it’s been solid. No freezing, no random errors, nothing weird like that. I really needed something that would just work, and so far I’m happy with it.

"Felt safe enough, but I still had to look around a bit"
I gave it 4 stars because the data safety info was actually clear, and I didn’t feel like the app was trying to squeeze extra personal info out of me. Setup was fine overall. I’m always a little skeptical of those polished company privacy blurbs because they can sound reassuring without saying much, but this one seemed decent. I do wish some of the privacy notes were easier to find, though. Overall, it felt safe enough to use

"Worked Surprisingly Well With My Old Samsung"
I was kind of surprised my old Samsung was supported, but it worked right away with no weird setup or extra hassle. Nice to see something actually manage that without making it complicated

"At least this trial didn’t waste my time"
I’m still annoyed at how many companies hide the limits until after you’ve already paid, so I was relieved this one actually told me upfront what the trial could and couldn’t do. No sneaky surprise, no feeling tricked. It was simple to check everything first, which is how it should be in the first place.

"Worked, but the wait was annoying"
I bought the license and the activation itself was straightforward once I had the code. The annoying part was that the email didn’t show up right away, so for a few minutes I was sitting there wondering if something had gone wrong or if I’d have to deal with support. It did eventually come through, and the code worked fine when I entered it. So overall it got the job done, but that small delay made the experience feel a bit less smooth than it should’ve

It mostly lived up to what they claimed. Nothing is ever 100% perfect with these things, but I didn’t run into any major problems and overall it was about what I expected.

I sent my phone in thinking I’d be without it for a while, but they fixed it way faster than I expected. They kept me updated too, which was nice because I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Small win for me: I had it back in time for the weekend, so I didn’t have to deal with my old backup phone for long. Happy with how smooth it all was.

"Checkout was surprisingly painless"
I usually expect something annoying to happen at checkout, like a payment glitch or some random extra step, but this one was smooth. My payment went through fast, there weren’t any weird errors, and the order confirmation showed up right away. Not much to complain about, which is kind of rare.
